Hustlah Prints & Designs


1. Orders & Artwork

  • All orders must be placed in writing (via website, email, or social media).
  • Customers are responsible for supplying high-quality artwork in the correct format (preferably PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF with transparent background).
  • Hustlah Prints & Designs is not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or poor-quality artwork supplied by the customer.
  • If we assist in editing or designing your artwork, you confirm that you hold the rights to use the design.

2. Intellectual Property

  • Customers must own or have permission to use any logos, images, or designs provided.
  • Hustlah Prints & Designs accepts no liability for copyright or trademark infringement caused by artwork supplied by the customer.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that may breach copyright laws or is deemed offensive/inappropriate.

3. Payments

  • Payment must be made in full before any order is printed or dispatched.
  • payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day.
  • All prices are in [NZD or your currency] and include GST (if applicable).
  • Rush orders may incur additional fees.

4. Turnaround Times & Shipping

  • Standard turnaround time is [1-7] business days, depending on order size and workload.
  • We aim to meet deadlines but cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to third-party courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
  • We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds
  • We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery domestically, or 1 week internationally.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • As all products are custom-made, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product is faulty or incorrect due to our error.
  • Order cancellations will only be accepted before printing has started. Once production begins, refunds are not possible.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving goods.

6. Garment Care

  • To maintain print quality, follow our care instructions:
    • Wash inside out in cold water
    • Use mild detergent
    • Do not bleach or dry clean
    • Hang dry or tumble dry low
    • Do not iron directly on the print
  • Hustlah Prints & Designs is not responsible for damage caused by improper garment care.

7. Liability

  • Hustlah Prints & Designs’ liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
  • We are not responsible for indirect losses such as missed deadlines, business losses, or reputational damage.

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Hustlah Prints & Designs is committed to protecting your personal information.

a. Information We Collect:

  • Name, contact details (email, phone, address)
  • Order details and payment information
  • Communications through email, website, or social media

b. How We Use Your Information:

  • To process and deliver your orders
  • To communicate with you about orders, updates, or promotions
  • To improve our products and services

c. Sharing of Information:

  • We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.
  • Your information may be shared with trusted service providers (e.g., couriers, payment processors) strictly for the purpose of completing your order.

9. Changes to Terms & Privacy Policy

Hustlah Prints & Designs reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be effective once published on our website/social media.
