FAQ'S

What is DTF Printing?

Direct-to-Film (DTF) is a printing method where designs are printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat-pressed directly onto fabric. It creates vibrant, durable prints suitable for almost any fabric.

What types of garments can you print on with DTF?

DTF works on cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, denim, canvas, and more. Unlike traditional methods, you’re not limited by fabric colour or material.

How durable are DTF prints?

DTF prints are extremely durable - lasting through 50+ washes if cared for properly. They don’t crack, peel, or fade easily compared to vinyl or screen prints.

How should I wash and care for DTF-printed garments?

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use mild detergent
  • Avoid bleach and fabric softener
  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on the print

What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?

Screen printing is best for large-volume, simple-colour jobs, while DTF allows full-colour, detailed designs, even with gradients or photos without setup costs.

Can you print custom designs?

Yes! We specialise in custom designs, whether it’s a logo, artwork, or personal graphic. Just send us your file and we’ll handle the rest.

Do you have a minimum order?

No minimums! Whether you need one shirt or a bulk order, we can do it.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround depends on order size, but most custom jobs are ready within a few business days. Rush orders are available on request.

Is DTF better than vinyl heat transfer?

Yes, DTF prints are thinner, softer, more flexible, and longer-lasting than vinyl. You’ll barely feel the print on the garment.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We prefer high-resolution PNG, PSD, AI, or PDF with a transparent background, but we can work with most file types.
